WHAT IS AN IPA?

Protecting the privacy of your medical records is a very important part of our physician-patient relationship. Under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) effective April 14, 2003, all health care facilities and physicians are required by law to protect the privacy of your medical records.
